With Fresh Start Training, learners can access short, personalized training sessions, play games, and earn rewards. They can also quickly find job aids and resources needed to perform job duties. A personal report card is available to view achievements and knowledge growth over time.

Administrators and managers can access actionable insights on associate knowledge and behaviors at the company, team, or individual level. They can log associate behavior and workplace physical inspections, which will automatically trigger additional training for associates. They can also complete their own daily training.

It should be noted that in-store access to the app requires the user to download and acknowledge a request to use their personal mobile device. The app is subject to company policies and monitoring, and access to the app will be terminated upon separation of employment with the company.
